Goal

Used the CE Bank Account API to load the Bank Accounts vs upgrading 11i Bank Accounts.
Now receiving Error message when attempting to manually update / save treasury Bank Accounts.

Treasury Bank Account Reference cannot be null. Please enter the Treasury Bank Account Reference
