Symptoms

Users were just not able to complete their login. They entered their credentals and after that, the system only showed a progressing status bar but didnt show any page.

App server was restarted which resolved the issue. See Error: Reached maximum capacity of pool "PRIMARY_JTS in Weblogic Log
