Stale Data Error When Changing Supplier Site to Active Status (Doc ID 1497571.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Supplier Admin Issues

When attempting to update the supplier site from Inactive to Active, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error: Stale Data
The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused
through the use of the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button,
for example).
Cause: The view object ByrSuppAM.ByrAddrAM.AddressDtVO contained no record. The displayed records may have been deleted, or the current record for the view object may not have been properly initialized.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query a Supplier.
2. Review that there is one Site address that is inactive.
3. Attempt to make the Site Active and the error message is shown.
