Goal

Sometimes we see issues where users including System Administrator Responsibilities have gone missing / disappeared / lost upon logging into Applications.  In such a case, it is usually common to be requested to run various Workflow and/or  FND requests in an attempt to recover the lost responsibilities.

Example of such requests would include but not limited to:

"Workflow Directory Services User/Role Validation"

"Synchronize WF LOCAL tables"

"Sync responsibility role data into the WF table"

Under normal circumstances, such requests would be submitted by logging into the applications and navigating through the Applications Responsibilities Navigator.

If no Responsibilities even for the SYSADMIN user are displayed, then one can directly log into OAM directly to run the requests.

This article is to give guidance on how to access Oracle Applications Manager (OAM) without going through the Responsibilities Navigator interface.
