This note provides a brief overview of Bug 13703461
--- Problem description
In 12.1.3 in production, when one runs the concurrent program "PECAGRCP module: Collective Agreement Entitlement Evaluation", the following problem occurs :
the concurrent has a performace issue, it takes more than 2 hours to complete
Expected behaviour : it should take a few minutes
--- Steps to reproduce
1. Run the concurrent "PECAGRCP module: Collective Agreement Entitlement Evaluation"
2. check that there is a performance issue
--- Business impact
This concurrent is run often in the daily business.
For the first month, January 2012 we would have to run for all the 31 days + 15 days of February to catch up after the go-live date of 15-Feb-2012 and become current with the legacy system. Therefore for first few days we would have to run this request back to back for three BG's for 25 collective agreements each. so in total we are seeing at 46 days * 3 * 25 runs of this program. Thereafter the program would be run once a day for 3 BG's for 25 collective agreements.
