Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On MFS laptop the configuration for Installed Base (IB) instances includes instances for which the relationship to the parent has been previously end-dated.
In Installed Base  / Field Service Technician Portal, those no longer show up.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected children from expired relationships no longer to show up in the IB configuration on FS Laptop.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create new IB instance 123400 with children 123410 and grandchild 123420.
2. Create a Service Request number 5555 with instance 123400 on the SR header.
3. Create Task 6666 and assigned it to the mobile user
4. Now, in Installed Base, end-date the relationship between 123400 and 123420.
5. Now run JTM Master program in Inventory mode - which would update the ACC tables
6. Freshly install MFS laptop and see instance 123420 in the configuration.
