Symptoms

When trying to create a Complex Purchase Order through Buyer Work Center, Not able to see any projects in the page

 The List Of Values (LOV) should show the Projects similar to the core PO form

Steps To Reproduce
-----------------------

1. Select Purchasing Super user Responsibility
2. Select Buyer Work Center > Orders > Create > Complex PO > Go
3. Select Document Style
4. Enter Header Information (Fixed Price Service)
5. Go to Lines Tab
6. Enter Remaining Line information
7. Scroll down to Projects Region to Enter Project, Task, Expenditure Type, Expenditure Organization
8. Projects > Search> Go
 >> No items found
