ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After upgrade from 11i to R12.1.3, the bevavior has changed.
For any work order having completion date on a Monday (which is the first working day of the week), the completion date is being moved from Monday to end of previous Saturday(last working day of the previous week) at job saving moment. This is happening when Sun is a non working day.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect completion date to be correctly calculated as per existing workday calendar
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. display the discrete job
2. enter new start date and time > save >completion date is automatically updated
3. Scheduled Completion date for the job time is wrong - falls on non working day
