Able To Put Asset Groups Maintained By Other Orgs In Find Work Orders Form

On : 12.1.2 version, Work Execution
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
In find work orders form, system is allowing users to put asset groups that are assigned/ maintained by the other organization while querying for work orders.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the Asset group LOV to show only the Asset groups which are assigned / Maintained by the maintenance organization.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Asset group in Master items form and do not assign the asset group to any orgnization
2. go EAM responsibility -> Select the EAM organization
3. Work orders -> work Orders -> Enter the Asset group which was created above ( Note that the asset group is not assigned / maintained by the maintenance org)
4. click find and observe that the results are for all asset group.
