Payments Overview Clears Selected Payee Name when Supplier Number is Null (Doc ID 1498262.1)

Symptoms

After selecting a Payee Name value from the Payments Workbench > Find Payments > Payee Name List of Values (LOV), the value disappears from the Find Payments window, and the user cannot search based on Payee Name.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that after selecting a value in an LOV, the value is displayed in the form or window being used.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Payments Workbench > Find Payments window.
2. Select a value in the Payee Name LOV, click OK.
3. Value is not shown in the Find Payments window, cannot search based on Payee Name.
