On : 12.1.3 version, Charges UI, APIs, and schema
The values listed in the Inventory Organization field & the Sub Inventory field are not the same. What is observed is that Inventory Organization field doesn't contain the values listed in the Sub Inventory field & this behavior is noticed for Return lines only.
The values listed in the Inventory Organization field & the Sub Inventory field should be the same
Steps to Reproduce
(R) Customer Support
(N) Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests
Click on the Charges tab
Click on the Order Details tab
The values listed in the Inventory Organization field & the Sub Inventory field are not the same for Return lines
