Charges Inventory Org Field Shows Orgs Not Assigned To The Item (Doc ID 1498396.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

Actual Behavior

In Charges, Inventory Org field shows all inventory organizations even though the item is not assigned to all of them.

Expected Behavior

Inventory Org LOV (List of Values) should display only the organizations for which the item is assigned

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Service Request
2. In Charges tab enter item information
3. In Charges > Order Details tab > open the Inventory Org LOV and all the available organizations are listed.
