Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Shipping

When attempting to run Interface Trip Stop (ITS) for a delivery the following error occurs.

ERROR

  error in split_line ORA-06533: Subscript beyond count
  error in Ship_Confirm_PTO ORA-06533: Subscript beyond count
  error in handle_nonbulk_mode ORA-06533: Subscript beyond count
  ENTER Save_API_Messages
  l_errmsg ORA-06533: Subscript beyond count
  EXIT Save_API_Messages
  IN ship_confirm_new OTHERS ORA-06533: Subscript beyond count

 
  STEPS
  -----------------------
  The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
  2. Run Interface Trip Stop - SRS for delivery.
