Goal
Create and Approve Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Terms Date for example as 01-Jan-12 to 31-Dec-12.
Create Release with Need By / Promised Date as 05-Feb-13.
The Release can be saved and approved.
Is it possible to Create Releases with Need By / Promised Date beyond the Terms To And From Date of the Blanket Purchase Agreement?
