Symptoms

 A specific Customer from the CSV is not getting created after a list import is uploaded successfully.

In this example customer import record was '<XXX Customer>'

From the following selects:
select * party_name, party_number, party_id, party_type from hz_parties where party_name like '%XXX%'
No results
