On Applications 12.1.3
Find that no data is shown in the abstract page .
-- Expected Behaviour
To see the default data in the abstract page in sourcing when creating sourcing auction.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Navigate to Sourcing super user.
2. Create new Negotiation (Auction, RFQ, etc.)
3. Add abstract
4. View the abstract details.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the data in the abstract page.
