XML Gateway Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) Does Not Create Entry In Queue Tables (Doc ID 1499281.1)

Last updated on MARCH 13, 2014

Applies to:

Oracle Supply Chain Trading Connector for RosettaNet - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

XML Gateway Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) does not create entry in queue tables.

After ship confirmation, users expect the ASN to show up in the ECX queue tables. This does not happen, and  the transaction is not shown in the transaction monitor.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Create ASN.
2. Run the concurrent program "CLN: Send XML Show Shipment Document" with the delivery id as parameter when "ship confirm" the delivery.
3. Find that no ASN records are populated in the ECX tables.
