Service Request form - Tasks tab
Tasks created for a specific Territory, when clicked on the 'Scheduler' icon, the Schedule Advice window opens with the dates displayed in the past.
Expect that the schedule advice window displays the results in the current sysdate and not in the past.
1. Login to oracle apps
2. (R) Field Service Manager > Create SR and task.
3. Click the Scheduler icon in the Task Sssignee to open the schedule advice window in the search mode.
Find that the results are displayed, however the dates that are displayed are in the past (i.e. SYSDATE - 2 months).
