11i: Aging 4 Bucket Report Does Not Tally With Aging 7 Bucket Report Due To Invoices That Are Not Disputed Anymore (Doc ID 1499389.1)

Symptoms

Some open invoices are missing from the Aging 7 Bucket Report while those are listed on the Aging 4 Bucket Report.

Invoices where only end-dated disputes exist are not displayed on the Aging 7 Bucket report.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Enter Invoice
2) Enter a Dispute
3) End date Dispute
4) Run the Aging 7 Buckets by Account with an as of date later than the end date
This invoice is missing from the report
