Standard Apprisal - Null Point Error (Doc ID 1499742.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Install

When attempting to use Standard Appraisals, having a default Appraisal Start Date and End date which are user editable. But when user changes the Appraisal Start and End Date
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manager Self Service > Standard Apprisal > Default Apprisal Start and End Date (Editable) > User changes the date
