How to Apply Custom Contract Terms Layout Template Instead of Standard Template Default (Doc ID 1499848.1)

Goal

When previewing Contract Terms on a procurement document, the layout template that is used is not the expected one.  In Contract terms Library, the approved contract terms template has the custom layout attached to it and it is also linked to Standard PO Document Type.  How can this layout template be used for the contract terms with doing Preview Contract Terms from the Standard PO?
