Symptoms


When User is trying to complete the balancing segment value assignments, they are getting the error

For R12.1:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: HR_7220_INVALID_PRIMARY_KEY:

ORA-06512: at "APPS.GL_LEDGERS_PKG", line 112
ORA-06512: at line 1

 

For R12.0:

1. Log into General Ledger

2. Navigate to
Setup >
Financials >
Accounting Setup Manager >
Accounting Setups >
Accounting Setup Manager screen >
attempt to complete Accounting Setup

3. Query the ledger and update balancing segment value assignments
