Time Out Issue On Work Schedule Update (Doc ID 1501269.1)

Symptoms

On :  12.1.3 version, Orgs,Jobs,Locs,Positions etc

When attempting to add a public holiday to an existing Work Schedule which has a large number of assignments on it,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, apllgt3@hrst.wa.logica.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Work Structures : Work Schedules : Maintain Schedules : Setup -> Global Exception
2. Create an exception and save
