WF02:A Suspense Account Was Used Instead of the Original Account, in Journal Imported From WebADI (Doc ID 1501469.1)

Symptoms

A journal is entered in WebADI and imported into General Ledger using Journal Import.
The Journal Import execution report shows the following:

    EF04 This is an invalid Accounting Flexfield. Check your cross-validation rules and segment values.
    WF02 A suspense account was used instead of the original account.

    EF04 - Invalid Accounting Flexfields:
        01-00-00-000-0001-00000-999999
        Value 0001 for the flexfield segment Sub Function does not exist in the value set XX_GL_SUB_FUNC.

The journal was successfully created, although the warning was given.
Querying the journal shows that an account combination was replaced with another value in the journal. The original value is in the journal line Description.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter journal in WebADI worksheet
2. Upload and import
3. Check the journal created
4. Check the Journal Import execution report
