Are There Other Alternatives to Upgrade Subledger Data Into New Secondary Ledger if SLA Secondary/ALC Ledger Historic Upgrade is Not Possible? (Doc ID 1501523.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 14, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Receivables - Version 12 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

You have created a new Secondary Ledger after upgrading the Primary Ledger to Release 12.

You have numerous upgraded standard and misc receipts, which are missing subledger data for the Secondary Ledger.
The missing Secondary Subledger data is only occurring with the upgraded 11i receipts.
There is no problem with the newly generated R12 receipts.

The Secondary Ledger / Reporting Ledger does not share the same Subledger Accounting Method (SLAM) / Application Accounting Definition (AAD) as your Primary Ledger. Therefore, you cannot run the
SLA Secondary/ALC Ledger Historic Upgrade (short name: XLAHUPG).

Are there other alternatives to create data in the new Secondary Ledger without running concurrent program SLA Secondary/ALC Ledger Historic Upgrade?
