Receipts Workbench: Apply Only Tax Amount Using API AR_RECEIPT_API_PUB.APPLY_IN_DETAIL or in the Form - APP-AR-11066 / APP-AR-11526 (Doc ID 1501552.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to apply the remaining tax amount on a transaction using the API AR_RECEIPT_API_PUB.Apply_In_Detail and receive the following the following error:

Error: arp_process_det_pkg.final_commit-ORA-20001: APP-AR-11066: This function did not find all the required arguments

Attempts to apply the remaining tax amount to another receipt through Receipt window, receive the following error:

APP-AR-11526: Error: 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Using AR_RECEIPT_API_PUB.apply_in_detail API:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions
Create an invoice as follows:
  Amount : 2000
  Tax       :  100
Navigation: Receipts -> Receipts
Create a receipt
Press Apply in Details.
Apply at line level as follows:
  Amount Applied  Line Only  Tax Only
                 2000        2000         0

Save.

Create another receipt and Save it without applying.

Perform AR_RECEIPT_API_PUB.apply_in_detail API.

Following error:  arp_process_det_pkg.final_commit-ORA-20001: APP-AR-11066: This function did not find all the required arguments

2.  Line level application through Receipt window:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions
Create an invoice as follows :
  Amount : 2000
  Tax       :  100

Navigation: Receipts > Receipts
Create a receipt
Press Apply in Details
Apply at line level as follows:
  Amount Applied  Line Only  Tax Only
                 2000        2000         0

Save.

Create another receipt.

Press Apply in Details.

Apply at line level as follows :
  Amount Applied  Line Only  Tax Only
                 100          0               100

Following error:  APP-AR-11526: Error
