iSupport Java Exception 'java.io.IOException: buffer overflow' Occurs While Associating Party (Doc ID 1501573.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to click 'Associate Party' button in iSupport, the below error occurs.

Error

'java.io.IOException: buffer overflow'


Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(R) iSupport System Administrator
(N) Administration > Party Access

 - Entry ‘Find user’, press ‘Go’button, then clicked ‘Party Access’
 - Press ‘Associate Party’ button

=> java.io.IOException: buffer overflow error occurs.
