This note provides a brief overview of Bug 14175573

Symptoms

While searching for employees on enter and maintain screen its taking upto 2 mins to return the result.


Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

  1. Log as XX HRMS Manager responsibility
  2. Navigate to ->Enter and Maintain
  3. Search the employee either by full name or employee number

The application takes up to 2-3 mins to return the person record first time, on subsequent similar searches it returns the result faster.However if you log out from application and try again in a new session or restart your machine and try it again taking up to 2-3 mins on search on enter and maintain screen.
