ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After UK payroll legislative patch was applied, Payroll team were asked to check SMP rates as the Oracle Read Me for the patch indicates that statutory payments will be automatically recalculated after HRGLOBAL has been run. It appears that SMP rates are not automatically being recalculated, this is critical before April payrolls run.

Patches applied:
TYE patching

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Payroll Manager - Maternity Pay for selected individual - payments are calculated at pre-patch rate instead of automatically recalculating at new rate following application of Payroll UK Year End patch

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Until all SMP payments have correct values, the 9 monthly payrolls for April cannot be run. Payroll runs due on 20 April. 150-200 employee records are affected across all payrolls.
