After running the Costing process it is found that there are no costing results for one or more elements for one assignment.  There are costing results for other elements, and it is unknown why there are no results for the ones that are missing.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

In HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent:

1. Submit Costing concurrent process
    Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request

2. Check costing results by running Costing Detail Report concurrent process.
    Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request
