Goal
When attempting to print WMS labels, if for any reason the print request failed, then in desktop Label Requests History form (WMSLABHS), fields "Job Status" and "Printer Status" are shown as empty / blank.
Profile option "WMS: Label Print Mode" is set to "Synchronous - TCP/IP".
Why "Job Status" and "Printer Status" fields are not getting populated?

Due to this issue, users are not getting informed on what is the problem with the printer or with the printing software.
