Symptoms

On 12.1.3
Unable to view PO PDF output in "Buyer Work Center" due to following error

Error
 
 Problem: The system could not generate the PDF document.
 Reason: The system detected an error in the following code/object.
 Code: XML
 Object: PO
 Action: Please contact the system administrator and try again.

Reproducible Steps

Navigation = Buyer Work Center > Orders
Search for Standard Purchase Order
Choose 'Select Order' = View PDF + GO
Result

Error

 Problem: The system could not generate the PDF document.
 Reason: The system detected an error in the following code/object.
 Code: XML
 Object: PO
 Action: Please contact the system administrator and try again.
