LPN stays in 'Packing Context' When Dropped (Doc ID 1502464.1)

Last updated on MARCH 06, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Warehouse Management - Version 12.0.6 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.0.6 version, LPN Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When transferring material from a LPN controlled subinventory to a NON LPN controlled subinventory, not all LPNs have the correct LPN context after being dropped. Some of them remain in "Packing Context" when they should be "Defined but not used" as the material is unpacked.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect all the LPNs which are unpacked on a NON LPN controlled subinventory are set as "Defined but not Used"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Move Order => Create the allocations => Allocated LPN = LPN1
2. Load material from LPN1 to 2 different LPNs = LPN2 and LPN3
3. Drop LPN2 and LPN3 .. only LPN3 is "Defined but not used", the LPN2 remains in "Packing Context"
