Information in this document applies to any platform.
User manually expired an item instance from User Interface but the related contract is still active.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Quired up item instance which has an active contract associated with it.
2. Update the instance status to Expired from the UI and enter Active End Date
3. Query for the related Contract and observe the contract status is still Active
