After Applying Patch 14302656,Claim Approval Errors Out (Doc ID 1503037.1)

Symptoms

After applying patch 14302656, Claim approval error out and status is reverted back to Open after submitted for approval. This issue occurs If Comments field in Settlement is populated with character more than 200 characters.

Error message:

OZF_AR_INTERFACE_ERROR

After OZF_AR_PAYMENT_PVT.Pay_By_Credit_memo l_return_status : U

Steps to Reproduce:


Create Claim> Enter all required information
Go to Settlement> select method as Credit Memo-On Account
In Comments field, enter char like '111111...' about more than 200
Update> Submit Claim for Approval
Claim status first went to Pending Approval then back to Open

A Notification is sent to Claim owner.
