On : 12.1.3 version, Tax Calculation
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- EBTax is calling Vertex when entering invoice for Canadian Ship To and Bill To with CANADA tax group on the transaction lines. The system is showing three tax lines for US_SALES_TAX101 regime, for STATE, COUNTY and CITY taxes, showing tax amount as 0$.
Important facts: ------- - This issue does not happen if you are selecting an individual CA Tax Code instead of a CA Tax Group. - You are calculating CA and US transactions in one US operating unit only. - CA tax codes were upgraded to US-Tax Regime in Release 12.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- System should not call Vertex for CA ship to and bill to
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Enter a transaction for CA Bill To and Ship To with Canadian Tax Group in the Tax Classification field.
