RMA Updates Incorrect Serial Number. (Doc ID 1503713.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Support Codes

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
RMA receipt received different serial number than the one specified in the installation detail. The serial number instance in the installation detail got updated rather the one actually received to inventory

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be the one received in inventory to be updated.  The current behavior will cause Installed Base out of sync from Oracle Inventory.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an customer instance SN1
2. Create an RMA and put SN1 in source installation detail
3. Receipt serial number SN2 to inventory
4. See instance for SN1 is got updated.
