Attempting to run the Update Subledger Account Balances program and it completes with the following error:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_balances_calc_pkg.calculate_control_balances. 
ORA-00001: unique constraint (XLA.XLA_CONTROL_BALANCES_U

The Program is either run as part of Create Accounting or as a standalone concurrent request.
