On : 12.1.3 version, General iRecruitment
When attempting to click on Attachment in the Notification received after someone applied for a job the following error occurs.
ORA-06502: PL/SQL : numeric or value error :character string buffer too small ORA-06502 at APPS/WF_NOTIFICATION line 8617 -06512 at line 1
Steps to reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iRecruitment Recruiter
2. Worklist --open a notification received after someone applies for a job
3. Click on Attachment and get error
