Clients installing Fusion Transportation Intelligence, ( FTI ) using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition ( OBIEE ) version have reported the following error being generated when trying to run an Ad Hoc reports.

 Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW).
  Error Details

State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 59001] SubString operation is not permitted on UNKNOWN operand(s). (HY000)
