Unable to Connect to ISG Using SAML Assertions due to "Policy requires integrity" Error

On : 12.1.3 version, Installation Issues

After following the SAML steps listed in Note. 1144313.1, the following error occurs.

In SOAP UI 4.0, this is the error:
  Policy requires integrity
SOAP UI 2.5.1
  Could not resolve subject key identifier
Alias for certificates are the same.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configured ISG according to Note.556540.1
2. Configured SAML according to Note.1144313.1
3. Test ISG
