Application Intermittently Freezes When Using Batch Upload to Export data to a new WEBADI Excel

When attempting to perform Batch Upload, the application is intermittently freezing, causing an Internal Error. The problem appears to occur when multiple excel session's are left open by not exiting the current WEBADI excel and exporting data to a new WEBADI excel.
Generally if the current excel is exited completely before starting the new data export the problem does not occur.

The debug log file shows the following error:                                   

error:ORA-00001: unique constraint (BOM.BOM_CMP_USR_ATTR_INTERFACE_U1) violated     

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Batch Upload using Spreadsheet making even just a few updates.
2. Find that intermittently customer upload screen is Freezing or causing an Internal Server error.
