WIP Mass Load fails when using WIP_JOB_DTLS_INTERFACE to create a JOB with Resource information (Doc ID 1505115.1)

Symptoms

WIP Mass Load program fails when using WIP_JOB_DTLS_INTERFACE table to create a new Job with resource information


ERROR

Error: VALIDATION ERROR HAPPENED!
Error: 14360996 : Invalid resource. Check Bom_Resources table. Resource does not exist in Bom_resources table.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Insert some required data in the WIP_JOB_SCHEDULE_INTERFACE, WIP_JOB_DTLS_INTERFACE tables.
   To load the Resource, specific check the resource_id_new value
2. Run the WIP Mass Load concurrent
3. Concurrent fails with above error
