Symptoms

Runing Upgrade Historical Subledger Transaction Accounting concurrent ends in errors.
 
  1) APXLASUB module: Payables SLA On Demand Upgrade Child Process ends in Errors:
 
  ORACLE error 20001 in FDPSTP
 
  Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001:
  ORA-06512: at "APPS.APP_EXCEPTION", line 72
  ORA-06512: at "APPS.AP_XLA_UPGRADE_PKG", line 2404
  ORA-06512: at line 1
  .
  The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was:  an
