When using the HR Professional 4.0 responsibility for Performance Management to import objectives
the following error occurs.

"HR_WPM_IMP_OBJ_V0_INTG is an invalid integrator key
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with HR Professional responsibility
2. Navigate to Performance Management
3. Click on Objectives Library
4. Click on import objectives
5. Receive error "HR_WPM_IMP_OBJ_V0_INTG is an invalid integrator key
BUSINESS IMPACT
