Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Posting

When attempting to post journal in the newly upgraded instance
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

SHRD0114: Executing Pro*C statement Insert into gl_sum_int ...

SHRD0043: ERROR: ORA-00001: unique constraint (GL.GL_SUMMARY_INT_1_U1) violated

Same journal entered on R11 application version is not erroring out.

The hierarchy has not been changed since upgraded from R11 application version.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. post journal

Same error could occur in the Adding new summary template program.
