Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, PLAN

When attempting to change the work order scheduled start date from maintenance work bench,
the following error occurs. However the transaction goes through fine if we tab after receiving error and save.

ERROR

FRM-40815: Variable GLOBAL G_FORM_INIT does not exist"


STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
eAM Form Resp -> Work Order Planning -> Maintenance Work banch -> Enter Asset Number
Launch
All Assets -> Asset Number
Make the changes ‘Schedule Start Date’
Notice the error :
FRM-40815: Variable GLOBAL G_FORM_INIT does not exist"
