You Do Not Have Access to the Selected Person's Record Error When Attempting to Approve a Leave of Absence

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to approve an Employees Leave of Absence, the following error occurs.
1. The changes were not applied because You do not have access to the selected person's record. Please contact your Human Resources Adminstrator.
2. You do not have access to the selected person's record. Please contact your Human Resources Adminstrator.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Go to EBS and Log in >>Go to Employee self Service Absence >> create Absence after apply absence then
Go to EBS and Log in as approver of User>> Go to notification>> open it>> and approve leave then Error occurs.
