Symptoms

After setting up note  1072399.1 R12: How to Setup Remittance Advice Email Notification for Suppliers,  the Separate Remittance Advice program logfile shows:

Preparing for email delivery
SMTP server host: null
Email subject: Separate Remittance Advice: paper document number

 

Emails are not being received by the recipient.
