After patches 14480227 and 13405137 for truncation errors, the unit selling price is not calculating correctly

Customer test case details:
Item Unit Price: 20.45
Discount of 6.75% is applied.

The unrounded Unit selling price should be 19.069625
however oracle is calculating it as 19.0681967799351435700295023610016173471.

19.069625 * 50=953.48125 and rounded to 2 decimals should be 953.48

Oracle has calculated it as (19.0681967799351435700295023610016173471 *50) the value is 953.409838996755
and rounded to 2 decimal places is 953.41

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a sales order line
2. Verify the value of the unit selling price on that sales order line

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get correct pricing for sales order lines
